CentralOps (Community)

The open-source engine, licensed under AGPLv3. It needs no account, needs no licence and is not governed by these terms: the AGPLv3 governs it.

SEGARK Pipeline (paid plans)

A subscription that grants you a commercial licence, additional features and support. That is what these terms are about.

These terms are an agreement between you and Segark Consulting LTDA, registered under CNPJ 64.471.727/0001-30. By creating an account or subscribing to a plan, you accept them.

You are not buying a hosted service. SEGARK Pipeline runs on your infrastructure, in every edition. We do not operate your pipeline, we have no access to it, and its availability depends on your environment, not ours.

While it is active, the subscription grants you: a commercial licence that removes the AGPLv3 source-availability obligations for your closed deployment; the right to use the features of your edition; and your plan's level of support.

Your edition's limits, seats and number of organisations, are written into the licence and enforced by the product.

The licence is a cryptographically signed token, verified locally by your deployment. There is no phone-home: it works on an isolated network and in an air-gapped environment.

When the subscription ends or is cancelled, the licence expires. The software is not switched off remotely and your data stays yours. What happens is that the paid edition's features stop being enabled, and the installation returns to Community behaviour.

If we detect licence use beyond the agreed limits, we contact you before taking any action.

Online billing is processed by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, on the agreed plan and interval, until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. We do not refund pro rata for a period in progress, except where the law requires it.

MSSP and Enterprise pricing is agreed case by case. Price changes do not affect a period already paid for.

You are responsible for the data you send through your pipeline and for having a lawful basis to process it. Because the product runs on your infrastructure, that responsibility is entirely yours.

• Do not redistribute, resell or sublicense the commercial edition without a written agreement. The MSSP plan exists precisely for the reseller case.
• Do not bypass, remove or forge licence verification.
• Do not share your credentials for the Enterprise images.

Nothing here restricts the rights the AGPLv3 grants you over the open-source engine.

Community

Community support: documentation and public issues on GitHub. No response-time commitment.

Starter and above

Commercial support by email, within the response times agreed in your plan.

Support covers the product. It does not cover running your infrastructure or configuring your third-party destinations.

The software is provided as is. We do not warrant that it is free of defects or that it fits a particular purpose. The Community edition in particular is distributed without warranty, under the terms of the AGPLv3.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages. For paid plans, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the event.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that Brazilian consumer law makes non-waivable.

You may close your account at any time from Settings in the portal, or by writing to support@segark.com. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms or non-payment, with prior notice wherever that is possible.

Closing the account stops the renewal, not the period in progress: the licence you contracted keeps working until it ends. After that your installation keeps running on the Community edition, with your data in your environment.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email to account holders and take effect at the start of the next subscription period.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law.
